Pick and place
A robotic assembly tool known as a pick and place (P&P) machine lifts a component out of a piece of tape, spins it to the right orientation, and then vacuum-assemblies it onto a circuit board. It takes some time to set up a machine to make the assembly, but once it’s running, it goes very quickly.
Pick and place robots are widely employed in today’s manufacturing settings. Automation for pick and place reduces the amount of time needed to move components or items between locations. To increase production rates, this method can be automated. These machines handle everyday tasks, freeing humans to concentrate on harder tasks.
